Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Items must be initiated for return within 15 days. The time period begins when the order is fulfilled, not when the order is placed or when you receive the order. If you decide to use the prepaid label, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Lanhtropy reserves the right to deny any refund if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements.
Is it easy to return items?
To make a return, please visit our Returns Center (link above), and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. Once you initiate your return through our platform, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get a refund notification typically within 48 hours. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be reflected on your card statement.
Are any items final sale?
All gift cards are final sale. All items purchased on sale are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges. Orders can only be exchanged for a different size or color. To initiate an exchange, use the form above. To return items for store credit, please email us at email@example.com
Do you accept international returns?
We do not accept and will not process international returns or exchanges.

You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, during business hours, Monday thru Friday (except Holidays). We are a small business and are working to process extremely high order volume. We will respond within 3-5 business days.
