WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You may initiate a return of items withinĀ 30 days from the date of shipment of the order. It's essential to note that the return period begins at the time of fulfillment, not when you place or receive your order.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You have 2 options to exchange or return your order:

SELF-SERVE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. Go to ā€œOrdersā€ on our store (www.lanhtropy.com).
  2. Tap the order that you want to return or exchange.
  3. Tap ā‹®, and then tap Return/exchange items.
  4. In the Select return items section, enter the quantity of items that you want to return, and then select a return reason.

Once you complete these steps, we will receive a notification on our site. If the items can be returned or exchanged, we will accept the return/exchange. You will receive an email notification when this happens.

Important details about Self-serve returns/exchanges:

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • $7.00 flat rate for return/exchange shipping.
  • 2% restocking fee.
  • Final sale items: Items from the SALE & Archives collections can't be returned or exchanged.

MANUAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. Sending your items back: If you wish to make an exchange or return, please send your items to 104 Crandon Blvd, Suite 326, Key Biscayne, FL 33149.
  2. Condition of the item: All returning items must be in their original, excellent condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
  3. Including the essential details: Inside your return package, add a note with the following details:
  • Your order number.
  • Clearly state if it's a return or an exchange.
  • For exchanges, mention the size and/or the specific item you wish to exchange for.

    RETURNED MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS

    To be eligible for a return, ensure your items are unworn and have all their original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline refunds if merchandise fails to meet these stipulations.

    ITEMS CLASSIFIED AS FINAL SALE

    Be aware that all gift cards fall under the category of final sale. Additionally, any items bought on sale are classified as final sale, making them ineligible for return or exchange.

    EXCHANGE OPTIONS

    To exchange current season items, please send the items to 104 Crandon Blvd, Suite 326, Key Biscayne, FL 33149, specifying the order number and that they are items for exchange.
    Indicate the type of exchange (size, color, or another item of the same value).
    If you wish to exchange for an item of a different value, please specify if you want a refund of the balance for a lesser value item, or if itā€™s of greater value, request that the difference be charged.
    Exchanges are accepted up to 20 days after the product has been dispatched by us.

    REFUND PROCESSING TIME

    After our store inspects your returned items, you will typically receive a refund notification within 48 hours. It can take up to two weeks for the refunded amount to appear on your card statement.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

    Currently, we do not process or accept international returns or exchanges.
