Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange your items? No problem, we understand.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You may return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund (less shipping costs) within the following conditions:
1. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Item(s) must still contain original tags and packaging.
Please note all clearance items are final sale.
To begin the return or exchange process, please e-mail us at email@example.com for a return label.
Please do not mail out your item(s) without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
