For those opting for in-store pickup, we're pleased to offer a convenient way to collect your purchases. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an automatic email notification from confirming that it's time to pick up your items.


Our Flagship Showroom is open for pickups from Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, providing a flexible window for you to come by.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 within the US by using the code FREE SHIPPING.

Some items may experience minor delays in delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available in these instances.

  • Standard U.S. Orders of $250+ (3-5 days): Free
  • Standard (3-7 days): $7.00
  • Express 2nd Day: $25.00
  • Priority Next Day: $40.00

Please note that USPS shipping prices may vary slightly.

For 2nd Day and Next Day delivery, make sure to place your order before 2pm EST on weekdays.
All standard weekday orders (non-holiday) placed before 2pm EST will ship within 48 hours, provided your address is verified by 5pm EST.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (non-holiday) after 2pm EST and all weekend orders will ship the following business day once inventory is confirmed, the address is verified, and the order is processed.
Shipments are made between 9am-5pm on weekdays only. Deliveries are not made on national holidays.
Orders placed on that are processed and verified can be expected to arrive within 3-10 business days with the Standard shipping method.
Please be aware that deliveries to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses are currently not available. Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been verified and approved.

The United States Postal Service may face delays. Please allow a 15 business day shipping window for domestic USPS shipments and 30 business days for international USPS shipments before considering an order lost.

We understand these delays can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding and patience.

International Shipping

We ship to almost every country worldwide.

International shipping times vary depending on the shipping address.

Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties required by the country of delivery when shipping outside the United States.

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, at the customer's expense. These charges are usually due once the shipped goods arrive in the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. The buyer is responsible for these charges, as we only charge the transportation fee for your order.

All orders placed outside the United States are considered final sale, as we currently only accept returns and exchanges domestically.


  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused.
  • We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Lanhtropy.
  • Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
  • In the European Union, duties and taxes can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.

  • Lanhtropy has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services without making any profit. Additionally, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
